Have You Unleashed Social Media’s Potential on Your Online Business?

Online social media is everywhere. It’s everywhere you turn online and it’s constantly being discussed in mainstream media. The thing is, it isn’t going away. It enhances the experience of the online user and you can (and should) put it to your advantage.

So, what can the average website owner who’s trying to run a profitable online business do in terms of social marketing?  Here are some helpful tips:

When you’ve submitted articles to article directories, for example, do several things:

  • Update your life streaming statuses to say you’ve done so (Plurk, Twitter, FriendFeed)
  • Social bookmark that article (on places like StumbleUpon, Delicious, Mixx, Reddit, Onlywire)
  • Link to your online articles / posts in your blog comments, blog posts, online discussions
  • Create Web 2.0 pages that utilise your other online efforts (HubPages, Squidoo, Bukisa, eHow articles)

What else could you do to maximise social marketing?

You could hire me to help you. I can write articles, submit them to article directories, social bookmark them, and more. I have established profiles on many social marketing sites and know how to use them to help you get more traffic and make more sales.  Ask me about bundling social media services with my SEO article writing.

Cheers,

Dana
